Lactinette -Richter tablets are indicated for contraception.

Active ingredient: desogestrel;

1 coated tablet contains 0.075 mg of desogestrel;

Excipients: alpha-tocopherol, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, povidone K-30, potato starch, lactose; shell composition: Opadry II 85F28751 white: talc, macrogol 3000, titanium dioxide, E 171, polyvinyl alcohol.

Diagnosed or suspected pregnancy.

Thromboembolic diseases of the veins in the active phase.

Previous or existing serious liver disease (before the normalization of liver function tests).

Diagnosed or suspected malignant hormone-dependent neoplasms.

Vaginal bleeding of unknown etiology.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of the preparation.

The tablets should be taken daily, at about the same time, so that the interval between taking two tablets is always 24 hours. The first tablet should be taken on the first day of menstrual bleeding. Then you should continue to take one tablet per day, not paying attention to possible bleeding. Start using a new blister pack the next day after the tablets from the previous pack run out.

Does not affect or causes very little effect on the ability to drive and operate machinery.

There have been no reports of serious adverse effects resulting from an overdose. In case of an overdose, the following symptoms are observed: nausea, vomiting, and in young girls - slight vaginal bleeding. There are no antidotes, symptomatic treatment is recommended.

In clinical trials of the preparation, the most commonly reported side effects (> 2.5%) were menstrual irregularities, acne, mood changes, breast pain, nausea, and weight gain. According to the MedDRA classification, side effects and frequency (infrequently, rarely, very rarely) are shown that are associated with the use of the preparation.

Interactions between hormonal contraceptives and other preparations may result in breakthrough bleeding and/or impaired contraceptive protection. Interactions have mainly been reported with combined contraceptives, but progestogen-only contraceptives have also been occasionally reported.

The preparation does not require special temperature storage conditions.

Store in original packaging to protect from light and moisture.
