Active ingredients

Phosphatidylcholine is the main cholesterol antagonist in all media and is an important component of high density lipoproteins, which transport cholesterol from the vascular wall to the liver, where it is converted into bile acids. A decrease in phosphatidylcholine in the liver leads to the development of fatty liver infiltration, atherogenic dyslipidemia, a decrease in the chelating function of the liver and an increase in the risk of developing cholesterol cholelithiasis, and also has a negative effect on the kidneys, adrenal glands, skin, joints and other organs.

Choline is a source of synthesis of the main neurotransmitter of the nervous system - acetylcholine, which is necessary for the transmission of nerve impulses in the central and peripheral nervous system. A decrease in choline accompanies all degenerative diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system.

Choline is also a donor of methyl groups for DNA repair.
