LEVOPRONT 0,06G/10ML 120ML SYROP

Levodropropizine - the active substance is mainly peripheral (see handle in the bronchi and trachea) antitussive action and action anti-allergic and suppressing bronchospasm; animals have also been found to have effects topical anesthetic preparation.

Indications:

symptomatic treatment of cough.

Composition:

10ml syrup contains: active substance: levodropropizine 60mg and auxiliary substances: sucrose, citric acid monohydrate, sodium hydroxide, substance improving cherry flavor, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, purified water.

Dosage:

use in children 10-20kg: 3ml syrup 3 times a day; in children 20-30kg: 5ml syrup 3 times a day. Adults: 10ml syrup up to 3 times a day. Levopront should be used orally, 3 times a day at intervals of at least 6 hours. The syrup bottle comes with a measuring cup for measuring 3.5 and 10ml, among others. It is recommended to take between meals.

Contraindications:

allergy to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, Kartagener syndrome, ciliary dyskinesia, pregnancy, lactation. The effect of the preparation in children under 24
months of age has not been thoroughly studied, therefore special care should be taken when using this preparation. Caution is advised when using the preparation in patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <35ml / min). The preparation may cause drowsiness, caution should be exercised in patients who intend to drive or operate machinery.
