Product description

Macroxol Junior is a medical device with an osmotic laxative effect that naturally regulates the work of the intestines. It is not absorbed, it does not ferment in the intestine and it does not irritate the mucosa. It is excreted in the faeces. Thanks to its affinity for water, Macroxol Junior softens the stool and improves its excretion. It does not cause cramps or abdominal pain or a feeling of sudden pressure. Its effectiveness does not decrease with the use of time.

Application

In cases of chronic constipation and occasional irregular bowel movements.

Usage method

Children from 6 months to 2 years (up to 12 kg): 1-2 sachets a day, children over 2 years old to 11 years old (from 12 kg to 20 kg): 2-4 sachets a day, children over 11 years (or over 20 kg): 2- 6 sachets a day.

Ingredients

1 sachet contains: 5 g of Macrogol 3350, excipients: silicon dioxide, flavor, sodium saccharin.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to polyethylene glycol or other ingredients of the preparation. Intestinal stricture. Intestinal perforation. Inflammatory bowel disease (including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis). Bowel obstruction. Children over 6 months of age.
