Magne-B6 Fatigue and Stress is a dietary supplement in the form of coated tablets with magnesium, vitamin B6 and ashwagandha root extract intended for adults. Organic magnesium contained in the product in the form of magnesium citrate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and supports the absorption of magnesium. In addition, the Magne-B6 Fatigue and Stress dietary supplement contains ashwagandha root extract standardized to 5% withanolides, which supports the body in exercise and exhaustion.

Application

Supplementing the diet with ingredients contained in the product.

Recommended intake

Adults: one tablet a day.

Best taken in the morning.

Duration of use of the supplement: 4 weeks.

Can be repeated if necessary.

Ingredients

Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, emulsifier: dimagnesium phosphate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and talc, vitamin Boxine hydrochloride, emulsifier: triethyl citrate, color: brilliant blue FCF, emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (polysorbate 80), dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides.

1 tablet contains:

magnesium ions 60 mg (magnesium salts of citric acid) (16%) *, vitamin B6 1.4 mg (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (100%) *, ashwagandha root extract 80 mg (Whitania somnifera).
