The dietary supplement contains plant extracts with silicon content - bamboo shoots extract containing 70% available silica and horsetail herb extract standardized to 7% silicon. In addition, the product contains a composition of vitamins and minerals. Biotin, zinc and selenium help keep hair healthy, while zinc and selenium help keep nails healthy. Copper helps to maintain the correct color (pigmentation) of the hair.

Recommended intake

1 tablet daily after a meal. The tablet should be washed down with water.
