Melatonin is a natural substance that regulates the rhythm of sleep and wakefulness.

* The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 1 mg shortly before going to bed.

** The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for the following days after arriving at the destination.

Ingredients:
