The preparation Mensil Max is used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men, i.e. impotence, defined as the inability to obtain or maintain a penile erection sufficient for sexual activity.

Mensil Max contains the active substance - sildenafil, which belongs to the preparations from the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you are sexually excited. Sildenafil will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.

The active substance is sildenafil. One tablet of the preparation contains 50 mg of sildenafil (as citrate).

The other ingredients (excipients) are: potassium polacrylin, colloidal anhydrous silica, lactose monohydrate, povidone K-30, aspartame (E 951), croscarmellose sodium, mint flavor, magnesium stearate, potassium hydroxide (for pH adjustment), hydrochloric acid (for pH adjustment). pH adjustment).

If you have taken medicines containing 50 mg or more of sildenafil before, the recommended dose is 50 mg.

Otherwise, MENSIL MAX in a dose of 50 mg should be used only if the patient did not feel the desired effect after taking sildenafil in a dose of 25 mg (i.e. did not obtain an erection sufficient for intercourse).

If a lower dose of sildenafil (25 mg) has resulted in an erection that allows sexual intercourse, the 50 mg dose should not be used.

The preparation  should be taken about an hour before planned sexual activity.

The tablet should be crushed and chewed.

It is not recommended to take Mensil Max with other preparations containing sildenafil.
