Mersil is a combined dietary supplement that additionally provides the body with a sufficient amount of magnesium and vitamin B6, improves the state of the nervous system, prevents the development of nervousness, irritability and anxiety.

Active ingredients

Magnesium is a vital element that is found in all tissues of the body and is necessary for the normal functioning of cells, participates in most metabolic reactions. In particular, it is involved in the regulation of the transmission of nerve impulses and in muscle contraction. Lack of magnesium in the body can be observed in violation of the diet (diet), with an increase in the need for magnesium or with an imbalance in the intake, metabolism and excretion of magnesium (for example, with increased physical and mental stress, stress, during pregnancy, with the use of diuretics, contraceptives, laxatives).

Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is involved in many metabolic processes, in the regulation of the metabolism of the nervous system, the metabolism of amino acids, the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids, as well as in the process of hemoglobin synthesis. Vitamin B6 improves the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its penetration into cells.

Indications for use

• chronic physical and mental fatigue, irritability, sleep disturbances;
• myalgia, neuralgia, intense physical and neuropsychic stress;
• preventing magnesium deficiency during pregnancy;
• hypomagnesemia resulting from prolonged smoking or alcohol abuse;
• long-term use of laxatives, contraceptives, diuretics;
• diabetes mellitus and persistent hyperglycemia.

Mode of application

1-3 capsules per day with meals. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with ½ glass of water.

Precautions: during pregnancy and lactation, consult a doctor before use.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the dietary supplement, hypermagnesemia, hypocalcemia, urolithiasis (presence of phosphate or calcium-magnesium calculi), renal failure and bradycardia.

Compound

magnesium citrate - 375 mg, which corresponds to 56.25 mg of elemental magnesium;

pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) - 1.4 mg;

folic acid - 0.2 mg.
