The dietary supplement Metida is an additional source of natural magnesium with high bioavailability, the raw material for which is extracted from the Dead Sea and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Recommendations for use

Dose administration

For adults, use 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the content of 1 sachet in 100-150 ml (ml) of drinking water at room temperature or vegetable or fruit juice, stir and drink. Take after meals.
