Myo-inositol is involved in the normalization of the menstrual cycle and ovulation, in the functioning of the reproductive system of the body and the correct development of the embryo, improves the general metabolism of organs and systems. The main function of myo-inositol is to participate in intracellular signal transmission and to ensure the functioning of insulin receptors, reproductive hormones, growth factors , catecholamines.

Myo-inositol is used to maintain the functioning of the reproductive and cardiovascular systems, immunity and the central nervous system, improve the metabolism of sugars and the functioning of the kidneys and liver, and normalize the level of testosterone and prolactin in the blood plasma. Myo-inositol is used for polycystic ovary syndrome; to improve fertility; with type II diabetes and insulin resistance; with insufficient or unbalanced nutrition; as an adjuvant in chronic hepatitis and liver diseases for the prevention of hypovitaminosis.

Myo-inositol has the following effects on the human body:

Folate ((6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolate) plays an important role in maintaining the metabolism of certain hormones and hormone-like substances, participates in the process of cell division, is necessary for the growth and development of the hematopoietic and immune systems.

Folic acid is also essential for the creation and maintenance of cells in a healthy state, so its availability is especially important during periods of rapid development of the body - at the stage of early intrauterine development and early childhood. Folic acid is involved in the formation of the nervous system in the fetus, which is necessary for cell division, the growth and development of all organs and tissues, the normal development of the embryo and the processes of hematopoiesis.

Vitamin B12 is necessary to ensure better absorption of folic acid, it enhances and complements its action.

Method of administration and dosage
