Nebu dose isotonic is a 0.9% saline solution, available in the form of disposable ampoules, without preservatives. The preparation is intended for nebulization. The preparation works by using various mechanisms that facilitate the removal of secretions from the respiratory tract, thus improving the comfort of breathing by: breaking ionic bonds in the mucous gel, thus reducing the level of viscosity and elasticity of the secretion, water absorption from the mucosa and submucosa, thereby reducing swelling of the airway walls, inducing a cough reflex and coughing up mucus, which may help clear mucus from the bronchi, leading to the opening of the airway.

Application:

For daily use for eye and nose hygiene, inhalation therapy, nasal hygiene: for rinsing and cleansing a dry or blocked nose.

Dosage

Inhalation therapy: can be used with any type of nebulizer. The solution should be used in accordance with the instructions for use attached to the inhalation product. Use 4 ml or 5 ml of the solution for inhalation therapy as prescribed by your doctor. Eye hygiene: for instillation, washing or rinsing. The solution can be applied to the surface of the eye after wearing contact lenses. Gently press the ampoule to place a few drops of the solution on the surface of the eye. Repeat as many times as necessary. You should wait 15 minutes before applying any other eye preparation. Nasal hygiene: for rinsing and cleansing a dry or blocked nose. Tilt your head back. Carefully insert the tip of the ampoule into the nostril and gently press down, dropping a few drops. Repeat the same process for the other nostril. Straighten your head to allow the mucus to drain and wipe off any excess fluid. Use as many times as needed. Do not blow your nose for 10 minutes after applying the preparation. In the case of infants, apply the preparation using as little force as possible in order to avoid any complications in the middle ear.
