The action of the preparation Neurobeks is determined by the vitamins that are included in its composition:

Thiamine (vitamin B1) is actively involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats, it is necessary for the synthesis of nucleic acids. It potentiates the action of acetylcholine, which is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses. Plays an important role in the regulation of the functions of the muscular and autonomic nervous system. Strengthens tissue respiration, improves oxygen supply to skin cells.

Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is a component necessary for the metabolism of amino acids, fats and carbohydrates, as well as for the synthesis of physiological regulators such as serotonin and histamine. Participates in the breakdown of cholesterol, synthesis and nutrition of the myelin sheath of the peripheral nerve and axon. Lack of vitamin B6 leads to the development of neuromuscular dystrophy and convulsions.

Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is involved in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Prevents fatty degeneration of the liver. Helps lower blood cholesterol levels and remove it from the blood vessels. By stimulating protein synthesis, it normalizes growth and development processes. Regulates the processes of hematopoiesis. By increasing the phagocytic activity of leukocytes and activating the activity of the reticuloendothelial system, it enhances the body's immunological defense.

The components of the Neurobex complex are absorbed in the small intestine, bind to blood plasma proteins, and are distributed in all tissues. In the body, they undergo biotransformation, are excreted mainly in the urine (both unchanged and in the form of metabolites).

Method of administration and dosage

Neurobeks should be used orally during or after meals, without chewing, with water.

Adults are prescribed 2-3 tablets 3-4 times a day for 30 days.

The individual dose and duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.

In case of an overdose, there is an increase in adverse reactions associated with the use of the preparation. The appearance of nervous excitement, tachycardia, pain in the region of the heart is possible.

With long-term use of vitamin B12 in high doses, it is possible to disrupt the activity of liver enzymes, pain in the heart area, hypercoagulation.

Treatment. Gastric lavage, intake of activated charcoal and symptomatic agents. Isoniazid is used as an antidote to vitamin B6.

Use during pregnancy or lactation

The preparation should be prescribed only after a careful assessment of the ratio of benefits to the mother and the risk to the fetus, since there is insufficient data on the safety of using the preparation during pregnancy.

Vitamins B B1, B B6 and B B12 are excreted in breast milk. High concentrations of vitamin B6 can suppress lactation. Studies on the degree of secretion of vitamins into breast milk have not been carried out. The decision to stop breastfeeding or to stop using the preparation should be made taking into account the need to use the preparation for the mother. If necessary, the use of the preparation should stop breastfeeding for this period.

The preparation should not be administered to children.

The preparation does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery. if dizziness is observed during treatment, you should refrain from driving and working with mechanisms.
