Active ingredients

Valerian root has sedative, antispasmodic properties, helps to reduce nervous tension. The hypnotic properties of valerian improve falling asleep and help normalize sleep.

Lemon balm leaves have sedative and hypnotic properties, helps to eliminate nervousness, improve the condition of vegetative-vascular disorders, palpitations, heart rhythm disturbances, fluctuations in blood pressure that arise under the influence of emotional factors.

Hop cones. This herbal ingredient has soothing, hypnotic properties. It helps to improve the condition with increased nervous stress, with insomnia, increased nervous excitement, with disorders in the work of the autonomic nervous system.

Passionflower. This herbal component is characterized by soothing and anti-anxiety properties, helps to provide a hypnotic effect, normal falling asleep and proper sleep, while not making you feel heavy after waking up. During withdrawal in people who have stopped drinking, passionflower flavonoids are able to eliminate neurotic disorders and reduce the need for alcohol.

Magnesium has a sedative, anti-anxiety, anticonvulsant, antispasmodic effect, and also exhibits neuroprotective, antitoxic and antioxidant properties, and is able to improve cerebral blood flow.

dry vegetable extracts (color of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) - 38 mg

hop cones (Humulus lupulus) - 25 mg

lemon balm leaves (Mellisa officinalis) - 25 mg

valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis) - 15 mg

vitamin B6 - 4 mg

Excipients: filler - microcrystalline cellulose (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), gelatin composition, food colors (titanium dioxide, indigo).

Mode of application

Recommended amount of dietary supplement for daily consumption: For adults, 1 capsule 1 time per day with an evening meal or at bedtime.
