Remove the protective cap, gently insert the tip of the applicator into the nostril and press the pump to spray a dose of the product. Repeat for the other nostril. Gently pinch the nostrils. Before first use, it may be necessary to depress the pump 1-2 times to get the solution into the applicator. If side effects occur, discontinue use of the product and seek medical advice.
