Noxprey Silver is a part of the complex treatment of rhinosinusitis in the form of a medical device for children from 1 year old and adults. Noxprey Silver nasal spray has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal effects, and also promotes the regeneration of the nasal mucosa thanks to the ions of silver and dexpanthenol in the composition.

Colloidal silver - silver proteinate - is a universal antimicrobial agent with a wide spectrum of action. Silver ions, which are part of the Noxprey Silver nasal spray, have antiseptic properties, they are able to suppress the multiplication or cause the death of most bacteria and viruses (including the influenza virus), as well as exhibit antifungal activity. The antimicrobial effect is due to the ability of silver ions to adsorb on the surface of the microbial cell, pass through the membrane and completely block the action of sulfhydryl groups of the enzyme systems of the microorganism, disrupting its vital activity. In addition, silver ions attack and destroy the DNA molecules of microbes, which leads to the impossibility of their reproduction. Due to these intracellular mechanisms of action, bacterial resistance to silver ions has not been observed over the past several decades.

Dexpanthenol promotes the regeneration of damaged nasal mucosa, as well as moisturizes and reduces irritation.

Mode of application

Clean your nose thoroughly. Shake the container and remove the protective cap.

Before the first use, you must press the nebulizer several times until the aerosol appears. Insert the edge of the nozzle into the nasal passage and inject by pressing the nozzle all the way down with the index and middle fingers. Do not throw your head over and turn the container over when injecting the spray. During the injection, you must take a light breath through the nose.

Apply one injection into each nasal passage 2-3 times a day.

The usual course of use is 5-10 days, on the recommendation of a doctor, it can be extended up to 3 weeks.

When silver is applied topically, proteinate has no general systemic effect.
