Beta-Alanine Carno Rush Mega Tabs® by Olimp® Sport Nutrition is a dietary supplement combining beta-alanine and L-histidine supplemented with a high amount of vitamin B6. The preparation was developed for people practicing strength and endurance sports, in which high physical endurance is desired. Each of the easy-to-swallow tablets contains 800 mg of beta-alanine, an organic chemical compound from the amino acid group. The vitamin B6 contained in the product is an ingredient that helps in the proper synthesis of cysteine ​​and maintaining the proper metabolism of homocysteine. In addition, it also contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism, supports the proper functioning of the nervous system as well as contributes to the reduction of tiredness and weariness. At the same time, vitamin B6 supports the proper metabolism of protein and glycogen and helps in the proper production of red blood cells.
