Chitosan + chromium is a dietary supplement in capsules. Chitosan is a dietary fiber isolated from the shells of crustaceans with gelling and absorbing properties. Chromium contained in the preparation contributes to the proper metabolism of macronutrients, such as carbohydrates and fats, and also helps to maintain the proper level of glucose in the blood. Proper blood glucose levels allow you to avoid hunger attacks and snacking between meals.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule 3 times a day, for approx. 20 minutes. before a meal with at least 1 glass of water.

Ingredients

Chitosan (powdered shells of sea crustaceans), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate - chromium, capsule (shell component - gelatin, color: E 171).

Warnings

During the period of using the preparation, it is recommended to supplement the diet with lipophilic vitamins: A, D and E, because the product may reduce the absorption of fats from food. Vitamin preparations should be taken for about 2 hours. before or after eating chistosan.
