Forstres is a dietary supplement in the form of coated tablets containing a composition of carefully selected plant extracts. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and weariness. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L.) supports the body in periods of nervous tension and anxiety, and thus increases its resistance to stress. Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) has a relaxing effect in states of impatience, irritation and emotional tension. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and maintains proper psychological functions, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and weariness.
