Recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of probiotic lacto- and bifidobacteria, essential oils, as well as flavonoids, polysaccharides, macro- and microelements, carotene, ascorbic acid, β-sitosterol, choline, organic acids in order to regulate the activity of gastrointestinal microflora intestinal tract and improve digestion.

Peculiarities

The pro- and prebiotic complex, which is part of the composition, contributes to the overall strengthening of the body, enhances immunity and prevents the development of gastroenteritis, diarrhea dyspepsia (associated with taking antibiotics), hospital diarrhea; transient intestinal dysfunctions (diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, colic) associated with changes in diet, travel and other reasons; allergic diseases (allergic rhinitis, asthma or eczema).

Composition of 1 capsule

Basic substances:

Lactobacillus rhamnosus - 0.5 × 109 CFU.

Lactobacillus plantarum - 0.2 × 109 CFU.

Streptococcus thermophilus - 0.5 × 109 CFU.

Lactobacillus acidophilus - 0.5 × 109 CFU.

Bifidobacterium spp. (Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis) - 0.24 × 109 CFU.

Saccharomyces boulardii 65 mg

Matricaria chamomilla L. - 50 mg.

Inulin - 200 mg

Excipients: magnesium stearate (filler), gelatin, titanium dioxide (dye). Without GMO.

Method of administration and dosage

Take the capsules after meals with a small amount of drinking water at room temperature.

Young children (children from 1 to 3 years old): 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.

Children aged 3 to 12 years: 1 capsule 1-3 times a day.

Adults and children aged 12 years and older: 1-2 capsules 1-3 times a day.

For prenatal preparation of pregnant women at risk, take 2 capsules 1 time per day for 5–8 days.

Capsules can be opened if necessary. If it is difficult for a child or adult to swallow the capsule, you can open it and dissolve the contents in a tablespoon (15 ml) of boiled drinking water at room temperature. The resulting mixture is not subject to storage.

Usually the course of consumption is 3-4 weeks.

Special instructions

Before taking a dietary supplement and while using any medications, it is recommended to consult a physician. For maximum effectiveness, the interval between the use of Opefer and antibiotics should be at least 3 hours. The use of Opefer capsules should not be combined with alcohol or hot drinks.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
