Indications

Adults and children over 12 years old.

Reflux esophagitis.

Adults.

Eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) in patients with H. pylori-associated gastric and duodenal ulcers in combination with appropriate antibiotics. Duodenal ulcer. Gastric ulcer. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other hypersecretory pathological conditions.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance, benzimidazole derivatives, components of the drug, or substances that are part of combination partners.

Compound

active ingredient pangastro: pantoprazole;

1 tablet contains 20 mg of pantoprazole (in the form of pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate) pangastro excipients: anhydrous sodium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone (type A), hydroxypropylcellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, calcium stearate shell: opadry yellow (hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171 ), macrogol 400, quinoline yellow (E 104), iron oxide yellow (E 172), Ponceau 4R (E124)), methacrylate copolymer (type A), polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate.

Dosage and administration

Pangastro, gastro-resistant tablets should be taken 1 hour before meals as a whole, without chewing or crushing, with water.

Children

PanGastro® should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
