Indications

Supplementation of pancreatic enzymes in digestive disorders resulting from the lack or insufficient secretion and / or action of pancreatic enzymes in the duodenum.

Composition

1 capsule contains: active substances: pancreatin with enzymatic activity: lipase 25,000 units of Ph.Eur., Amylase 22500 units of Ph.Eur., Proteases 1250 units of Ph.Eur and auxiliary substances: sodium croscarmellose; microcrystalline cellulose; castor oil, hardened; colloidal anhydrous silica; magnesium sterate; 30% aqueous suspension of a copolymer of ethylacrylate with methacrylic acid (1: 1), type C; triethyl citrate; simethicone 30% emulsion; talc; capsule: gelatin; iron oxide red (E 172); quinoline yellow (E 104); iron oxide yellow (E 172); indigotine (E 132); titanium dioxide (E 171).

Action

Supplementing pancreatic enzymes in people with digestive disorders resulting from the lack or insufficient secretion and / or action of pancreatic enzymes in the duodenum.

Dosage

Unless told otherwise by your doctor, take 1 capsule of Pangrol 25,000 for each meal (corresponding to 25,000 Ph. Eur. Per meal). Dosage in children is determined by the doctor. In muscular fibrosis, the preparation can be used in adults and children weighing from 25 kg. Unless told otherwise by your doctor, take 1 to 2 capsules of Pangrol 25000 per meal (equivalent to 25,000-50,000 units of Ph. Eur lipase per meal). A daily dose of 15,000-20,000 lipase units per kilogram body weight should not be exceeded.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation, hypersensitivity to pork (allergy to pork), acute pancreatitis and acute attacks in the course of chronic pancreatitis.
