Properties:

Zinc, copper, selenium and iron as well as white peony root extract support the proper functioning of the immune system, including in autoimmune disorders. Selenium supports the maintenance of an adequate level of thyroid hormones, which may be important in Hashimoto's disease.

Manganese and copper promote the health of connective tissue, especially in the case of its diseases. Zinc, selenium and copper strengthen the hair, incl. in alopecia areata and support skin health.

In addition, copper helps maintain proper pigmentation of the skin and hair.

Zinc, manganese, copper and selenium protect the body against oxidative stress such as in inflammatory diseases of the joints and spine.

Recommended intake:

4 capsules (2 capsules 2 times a day).

Some people taking Peobon may develop diarrhea, then take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day.
