Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation, soy, peanuts.

Pernicious anemia.

Hypervitaminosis.

Renal dysfunction, nephrolithiasis, urolithiasis, metabolic disorders of iron and / or copper, hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, hypermagnesemia.

Mode of application

Take 1 capsule daily. For better absorption of the preparation, the capsules should be taken after the main meal with a glass of water or a cold drink. The capsules are not chewed.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
