Indications:

ForMeds Prenacaps DHA is a supplement for pregnant and breastfeeding women trying to conceive a child, indicated to supplement the daily diet with beneficial DHA acids.

Properties:

Prenacaps is a line of dietary supplements intended for women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant and breastfeeding. The products are distinguished by a pure composition - no artificial fillers, preservatives, dyes and sweeteners.

Prenacaps DHA contains 600 mg of DHA and 120 mg of EPA obtained from small fish (anchovies). The product has been tested for the content of heavy metals. The team of the Polish Gynecological Society recommends eating min. 600 mg DHA for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It also recommends that the source of the fish's DHA should be small fish.

DHA makes up 96% of all omega-3 fats in the brain and 93% of omega-3 fats in the retina of the eye. It is therefore essential for the proper development and functioning of the brain and vision.

DHA and EPA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart.

The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.

Ingredients:

fish oil, fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol, antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols (from soybeans).

The recommended daily dose (2 capsules) contains:

fish oil - 1200 mg,

including: DHA - 600 mg,

EPA - 120 mg

Use:

Consume 2 capsules once a day with a meal.
