Product description

Proktis-M plus accelerates the healing of wounds in the anal canal and rectum, restores the natural healing process, rebuilds the anal and rectal mucosa and relieves symptoms such as itching, burning, pain in the anus area.

Diseases of the anus and rectum are often serious ailments that cause many problems for both patients and doctors. Discomfort, as well as many times other unpleasant ailments related to lesions of the rectum or around the anus are their characteristic feature. The reasons for these changes may be: improper eating habits (e.g. a low amount of fiber in food and drinking a small amount of fluids), a sedentary lifestyle, improper hygiene habits, as well as genetically determined weakening of connective tissue.

A major problem is the healing of wounds associated with damage to the mucosa of the anus and rectum, for example after surgical procedures for haemorrhoidal disease, anal fissures and other lesions.

Also, the occurrence of symptoms such as itching, burning, pain in the anus, traces of blood in the stools, on toilet paper and underwear, may worsen over time and should therefore be treated. Let us not treat these ailments as a taboo subject and a shameful problem.

In case of occurring or persistent discomfort in the area of the anus, it is necessary to see a doctor.

Indications:

Preparation supporting the process of regeneration of the mucosa in the anal canal and rectum after surgical procedures and operations, in haemorrhoidal disease in internal and external haemorrhoids, in inflammations of the anus and rectum, in inflammation of the crypts, cracks and fissures in the anus, perianal fistulas.

Dosage:

twice a day in the morning and in the evening, preferably after a bowel movement, for 10-20 days

in the case of wounds, apply twice a day in the morning and in the evening until the wound is completely healed

for rectal use, the appropriate applicator included in the package is used.

Screw the applicator into the tube and squeeze the ointment until the applicator is full. Insert the applicator into the anus and press the tube again so that the ointment flows into the anal canal. After use, the applicator should be cleaned and a protective cap should be put on it.

Composition:

Proktis-M ointment in addition to hyaluronic acid - a natural substance found in the human body - also contains: polidocanol - local anesthetic effect, relieves pain and itching

escyna - seals blood vessels
beta-sitosterol - strengthens the lipid layer of the epidermis
glycyrrhizinic acid - inhibits inflammatory reactions

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the medicinal product.
