Remo-Wax is a specialized preparation in the form of drops intended for cleaning the ears. The medical device removes excess earwax, dissolves the earwax plug and prevents its formation. The aqueous solution contains a highly purified lanolin derivative and other softening ingredients that, after penetrating into the earwax, allow it to be rinsed out more easily from the outer ear with the help of the attached pear.

The use of the Remo-Wax medical device is recommended in particular for elderly people, people with hearing loss, people wearing a hearing aid or using headphones, and swimmers.

Application

Removal of earwax in adults and children.

Usage method

Dissolving the wax plug:

• warm the contents of the drop-bottle in your hand to a temperature of approx. 37 ° C),
• tilt your head towards the shoulder or lie down with your head turned to the side and apply 10-20 drops to the ear,
• gently pull the earlobe up and down several times in a circular motion,
• you can insert a small cotton tampon moistened with a few drops of Remo-Wax into the ear and leave it for 20-60 minutes (if necessary, the tampon can be left in the ear overnight).

Rinsing the ear canal:

• after using the drops, the ear canal must be rinsed, preferably with a rubber bulb (it is recommended that rinsing be done by a doctor or health visitor),
• to rinse the ear on your own, fill the pear with water at a temperature of approx. 37 ° C,
• carefully insert the tip of the bulb into the ear canal to a depth of a few millimeters and rinse the ear by squeezing the bulb slightly,
• do not introduce the bulb into the ear canal,
• rinsing repeatedly until the water flowing from the ear is completely clear.

Ingredients

Allantoin, ethoxylated lanolin, polysorbate 80, polysorbate 60, sorbitol polymer, fructose syrup, polyoxyethylene-oleic ether, polyoxyethyl oleic ether, liquid lanolin, isopropyl myristate, mink fat oil, phenylethyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, butenylated acid benzethonium chloride, water.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity / allergy to any component of the preparation.

Inflammation or pain in the ear.

Discharge from the ear.

Injured, torn, or punctured eardrum, e.g. eardrum tubing.
