We recommend that you wipe your lenses between your thumb and forefinger or your hand and forefinger. Care of contact lenses is then more effective. Just add a little liquid and massage the lenses on both sides. When you're done, rinse your lenses with fresh liquid. You can then place the lenses in a clean lens case with fresh solution and leave them overnight to refresh. In the morning, put the lenses back in and pour the used fluid out of the container. Don't forget to clean the container after use! Also remember not to touch the tip of the liquid container to keep it sterile.
