The dietary supplement SAM-e is used as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of the essential amino acid methionine for the purpose of general strengthening of the body, improving the functional state of the central nervous system; positively affects the exchange of amino acids in the body and the functional state of the osteoarticular apparatus; promotes an increase in the synthesis of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate and therefore prevents the destruction of joint tissues. Has lipotropic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Contributes to the maintenance of liver function by acting as a precursor to glutathione.

Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Before starting the appointment, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Method of administration and recommended daily dose

Take 1 tablet 2 times a day. The course and timing of consumption is determined by the doctor individually. The dose may be increased by your doctor. Exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption.

Do not use in women during pregnancy and lactation.

Precautionary measures

Hypersensitivity to product components. Should be used with caution in patients with diabetes or hypoglycemia, and those taking medications, herbs or supplements that affect sugar levels, as CAM-e can cause a decrease in blood sugar levels. With the simultaneous use of any preparations, a doctor's consultation is recommended. Concomitant use with certain preparations may increase the risk of developing serotonin syndrome.
