SFD S.A. started its activity in November 2010 on the basis of an organized part of the Kulturystyka.pl Mateusz Pazdan enterprise (within the meaning of Art. 551 of the Civil Code) contributed in kind. The activity of the Kulturystyka.pl company, which was the predecessor of SFD S.A., began in the late 90s, when the current owner of the company, Mateusz Pazdan, passionate about all kinds of physical activity, noticed that there is no sports discussion group on the market. Amateur bodybuilding was especially close to his heart, to which he devoted a large part of his life.

In the 1990s, the topic of bodybuilding was not very popular, and there were very few sources of information. There was no place where people like Mateusz can share their passion, love for sports, experiences, as well as help and give valuable tips to others.

In 1999, the vision was to turn into reality. It was then that Mateusz Pazdan started working on the first discussion group in Poland associating active people. At the beginning, no one thought that motivation, passion and commitment would turn into a multi-million dollar business, which, after years of relentless, hard work, would lead the company to be one of the leaders in the nutritional and dietary supplement industry. But let's go back to the very beginning.
