At the moment, this is the best over-the-counter medication that I have tried. The only drawbacks I see are the high price and low efficiency. When used systematically, according to the manufacturer's recommendations, i.e. twice a day, it will last me for just over two months. I have the impression that the manufacturer has been cheating a bit and filling the tube with air for some time. I have dry, sensitive, vascular skin with the onset of rosacea and it works to reduce redness, smoothes the skin, brightens, and evens out the skin tone. It works from the very first application, a visible improvement for me after a week. At the beginning, it may sting, for example, around the nose, here and there, but this is a temporary discomfort. Average efficiency, the cream decreases quickly, especially with everyday use, it ends quickly, so I recommend buying 2 or even 3 tubes at once. The cream absorbs to the mat very quickly, even instantly, can dry out the skin, so I recommend using something moisturizing in the meantime during the day to avoid the discomfort of dry skin. It is suitable for makeup, but bare skin looks good, I recommend a cream with a filter when using it.
