Indications

Smooth muscle contractions associated with biliary tract diseases: cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, periculitis, cholecystitis, Vater's nipple inflammation, contractile states of smooth muscles of the urinary tract: nephrolithiasis, ureterolithiasis, inflammation of renal pelvis, cystitis, painful urge to urinate.

Composition

1 tablet contains 80 mg of drotaverine hydrochloride (Drotaverini hydrochloridum) and excipients: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized maize starch, povidone K30, magnesium stearate.

Action

Relaxing.

Dosage

Adults: The daily dose is 120-240 mg in 2-3 divided doses. The maximum daily dose is 240 mg drotaverine (3 tablets); children: if it is necessary to use Spastyna Max in children over 12 years of age, the daily dose is 160 mg, in 2 - 4 divided doses. The maximum daily dose of drotaverine in this age group is 160 mg.

Contraindications

Allergy to any of the components of the preparation; severe liver, kidney and heart failure; if you have second or third degree atrioventricular block; children under 12 years of age.
