Recommended intake

2 capsules contain: 800mg DHA.

Beneficial effects for pregnant women and nursing mothers occur when consuming 200 mg of DHA daily in excess of the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
