Symvital Mama is a dietary supplement for women planning pregnancy, being pregnant or breastfeeding. DHA supports the proper development of the eyes in the fetus and breastfed infants. Maternal consumption of DHA supports normal brain development in the fetus and breastfed infants. Magnesium contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and plays a role in the process of cell division. Iron helps in the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, and helps in the proper transport of oxygen in the body. Iodine helps in the proper production of thyroid hormones and in the correct one, contributes to the proper functioning of the system, contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, is involved in the process of cell division.

Recommended intake

The capsules are easy to swallow, have a good composition - all the main ingredients recommended by the Polish Gynecological Society in recommended doses, of which DHA is even more than in many other vitamins for pregnant women, and magnesium and folates in a very easily digestible form. There are also no unnecessary vitamins and minerals that could interfere with the absorption of the necessary (more in multivitamins is not better).
