SYSTANE ULTRA EYE DROPS 10ML

Systane Ultra eye drops are a product recommended for the symptoms of dry eye. It relieves the burning sensation and irritation caused by dry eyes. Systane Ultra moisturizing eye drops can also be used to moisturize or restore moisture to soft contact lenses, reducing the discomfort of wearing them.

The unique ingredients of the drops form a loosely cross-linked gel-like structure inside the bottle. The pH of the drops (7.9) adjusts to the natural value of the tear film, ensuring you the optimal viscosity for application. Already after the first blink, a thin protective layer is created, improving your visual comfort. As sorbitol is washed out of the tear film, strong bonds are formed between pH-guar and borate anions. This significantly increases the elasticity of the tear film, thus ensuring stable protection of the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva. As a result, the surface of your eye is covered with an elastic layer of protection that:
extends the time of eye hydration,
strengthens the protection of the cornea,
rebuilds the tear film with every blink.

Dosage:

Topically, into the conjunctival sac. 1-2 drops. The frequency of using the drops should be adjusted to individual needs, regardless of the time of day. Discard any unused drops 6 months after first opening. Warning! In the case of simultaneous use of other ophthalmic preparations, the administration of both preparations should be at least 10 minutes apart.

Action:

Moisturizes the surface of the eyes, giving quick, long-lasting relief by reducing symptoms of dryness, irritation, burning, stinging, sand or a foreign body sensation caused by environmental factors.

Composition:

polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride and the preservative POLQUAD (polydronium chloride) 0.001%.

I am 2 years after 2 vision correction surgeries. The result is constant, very painful dry eyes. I have used almost all the drops on the market, including the gel ones, and many of them mean that I have to moisturize my eyes many times a day and even after applying them, they do not provide comfort. But these drops give me the greatest relief after instillation and the longest breaks between eye drops - I use them constantly and when I try others I have to buy them again because the others work worse.

My husband has been using SYSTANE Ultra drops for several days. According to him, they moisturize the conjunctiva better than other advertised drops. Unfortunately, compared to competing products, they are much more expensive. Packages of other drops with a capacity of 5 ml are usually available on the market. SYSTANE Ultra is sold in 10ml bottles. Personally, I have used these drops several times to eliminate eye burning after prolonged use of the computer. They work 100%.
