Indications

Symptomatic treatment of cough of various origins.

Composition

1 ml of syrup contains the active ingredient: 1.5 mg of citrate butamirate. Other ingredients: sorbitol 70% solution, sodium saccharin, vanillin, benzoic acid, ethanol 96% v / v, glycerol, sodium hydroxide 30% w / w solution, purified water.

Action

Antitussive.

Dosage

- children from 3 to 6 years of age: 5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;

- children from 6 to 12 years of age: 10 ml of syrup 3 times a day;

- adolescents over 12 years of age: 15 ml of syrup 3 times a day;

- adults: 15 ml of syrup 4 times a day.

The maximum duration of treatment without a doctor's recommendation is 5-7 days.

Contraindications

Allergy to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of the preparation; children under 3 years of age.
