Product description

Ulgasim medical device for use in flatulence, fullness, gas and belching, as well as to prepare patients for diagnostic tests of the abdominal cavity. It reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the intestines, which facilitates their breaking and then excretion.

Application

For use to relieve the feeling of fullness, bloating, belching, ailments associated with excessive accumulation of gases and air in the digestive tract, which causes tightness and pressure in the intestines.

As an auxiliary to prepare patients for diagnostic examinations of the abdominal cavity (ultrasonography, endoscopy and radiography), in order to remove gases and air from the gastrointestinal tract, which improves the quality of the obtained images.

Usage method

Use orally, before or after a meal, washing down with a sufficient amount of liquid.

Symptoms of tightness and pressure in the intestines:

adults: on an ad hoc basis, 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, maximum 3 capsules a day (720 mg of simethicone),

children over 12 years of age: 1 capsule daily as an ad hoc.

Preparation for diagnostic tests:

adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 capsule in the evening on the day preceding the diagnostic examination and 1 capsule in the morning, on an empty stomach, on the day of the diagnostic examination.

Ingredients

Simethicone, capsule shell: pork gelatin, glycerol, titanium dioxide (E171).

1 capsule contains:

simethicone 240 mg.

2 capsules contain:

simethicone 480 mg

3 capsules contain:

simethicone 720 mg.

Contraindications

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to simethicone or any of the ingredients of the product.

Do not use in children under 12 years of age.

Do not use if perforation or obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract is found or suspected.

Important tips

Do not use more than 3 capsules a day in adults and 1 capsule a day in children over 12 years of age.

If symptoms persist for a long time, please consult your doctor.

Store in the original packaging at a temperature of 15-25 ° C.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Warnings

Simethicone may reduce the bioavailability of other preparations. If it is necessary to use Ulgasim at the same time with other preparations, there should be an interval of at least one hour between taking the product and other preparations.
