Indications

Mild symptoms of nervous tension, difficulty falling asleep.

Composition

1 tablet contains: not less than 0.32 mg of valerenic acids.

Action

Calming, soothing states of mild nervous tension, making it easier to fall asleep.

Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years of age 1-2 tablets up to 3 times a day, in mild symptoms of nervous tension. In case of difficulties falling asleep, 1-2 tablets half an hour to an hour before bedtime or, if necessary, an additional 1-2 tablets in the evening.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation, do not use in children under 12 years of age, pregnancy, lactation, it is not recommended to use the preparation for 2 hours before driving and by tired people.
