Valeo-Dorm tablets containing melatonin (it is an agonist of MT1 and MT2 receptors), which helps to improve sleep.

Melatonin regulates circadian rhythms (sleep / wake rhythm, activity / rest), affects the regulation of body temperature, pulse, liver and kidney function, as well as some endocrine rhythms. The additional intake of melatonin helps to increase the duration of sleep, improve its quality, reduce the time it takes for a person to fall asleep and balance (reboot) the circadian rhythms of sleep / awakening and others, including in connection with a change in time zones. Melatonin affects the regulation of energy expenditure, changes in body weight and the functioning of the immune system. Studies have shown a link between melatonin concentrations and a person's depressed mood, seasonal winter depression, and anxiety.

Recommendations

It can be recommended by a physician as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of the biologically active substance melatonin to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, improve sleep quality, reboot a person's circadian rhythm (relief of jet lag syndromes, including sleep disorders). Composition of 1 tablet

Active ingredients: melatonin 3 mg (mg).

Excipients: corn starch, pregelatinized starch, isomalt sweetener, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Mode of application

Adults take 1 tablet a day, before bedtime. The tablets should be taken with a sufficient amount of water. Exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption.
