Vessel Due F soft capsules are indicated for:

Storage

Active substance: sulodexide;

1 capsule contains 250 LU (lipoprotein lipase units) of sulodexide;

Excipients: sodium lauryl sarcosinate, colloidal silicon dioxide, triacetin, gelatin, glycerin, sodium ethyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 215), sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 217), titanium dioxide (E 171), iron oxide red (E 172).

Contraindication

increased sensitivity to the components of the preparation;

hemorrhagic diatheses and diseases accompanied by reduced blood coagulation;

pregnancy in the first trimester.

Application method

1 capsule 2 times a day orally between meals for 30-40 days. The maximum single dose is 4 capsules, the daily dose is 8 capsules. The full course of treatment should be repeated at least 2 times a year. In case of exacerbation of the disease or with a severe course, treatment should begin with parenteral administration of Vessel Due F, and then continue taking capsules for 20-40 days.

Features of application

Since there is no experience with the use of the preparation in the first trimester of pregnancy, it is necessary to avoid prescribing the preparation to women during this period, except in cases where, in the opinion of the doctor, the expected benefit of the treatment for the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus.

Overdose

An overdose of the preparation can lead to the development of hemorrhagic symptoms, such as hemorrhagic diathesis or bleeding. In case of bleeding, it is necessary to enter a 1% solution of protamine sulfate. In general, in case of overdose, the use of the preparation should be canceled and appropriate symptomatic therapy should be started.

nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain;

skin rash (allergic reaction).

Interaction

Since sulodexide is a heparin-like molecule, when used simultaneously, it can increase the anticoagulant effect of heparin and oral anticoagulants. No other clinically significant interactions of the preparation with medicinal products were found.
