Product description

Acti Vita-miner Prenatal + DHA is a dietary supplement designed for women in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy and breastfeeding. One tablet contains a set of 20 vitamins and minerals, and the capsule contains omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids: dozahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

Vitamins and minerals contained in the preparation:

support the proper functioning of the immune system (vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, iron, copper, selenium and zinc),
contribute to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism (vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, biotin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, iron, copper, calcium, manganese, iodine),
help in the proper functioning of the nervous system (vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, biotin, iodine, magnesium, copper),
support the maintenance of normal psychological functions (vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, C, biotin, magnesium),
contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamins B2, B3, B6, B12, C, biotin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, iron),
help to protect cells against oxidative stress (vitamins B2, C, E, copper, manganese, selenium and zinc),

DHA acid contributes to the maintenance of the proper functioning of the brain and proper vision, and the beneficial effect is achieved with the consumption of 250 mg of DHA daily. In addition, maternal docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) consumption contributes to the proper development of the fetal brain and eye in the fetus and breastfed infants (a beneficial effect occurs when 200 mg of DHA is consumed daily in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg DHA and EPA). Moreover, DHA and EPA acids help to maintain normal blood pressure (1), contribute to the proper functioning of the heart (2) and contribute to the maintenance of the correct level of triglycerides in the blood (3).

Application

For women in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy and breastfeeding to supplement their diet with vitamins and minerals as well as DHA and EPA acids.

Recommended intake

1 tablet a day and 1 capsule a day.

The preparation should be taken with a meal with water.

Components

Tablet: calcium carbonate, L-ascorbic acid, bulking agent: cellulose, magnesium oxide, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium carbonate, beta-carotene, iron (III) pyrophosphate, nicotinic acid amide, zinc oxide, glazing agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids , Calcium D-pantothenate, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, color: titanium dioxide, cholecalciferol, glazing agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, bulking agent: silicon dioxide, corn starch, copper (II) oxide, manganese sulfate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, dye: cochineal, D-biotin, potassium iodide, sodium selenate (V), cyanocobalamin, glazing agents: white beeswax and carnauba wax.
