Indications

Vitaminum A + E capsules are recommended for supplementing the daily diet with vitamins A and E especially for people who care about the proper appearance of the skin, at risk of atherosclerotic changes, at risk of stress, on a diet with limited energy, staying in a polluted environment.

Composition

1 capsule contains: vitamin A (2500 IU), vitamin E 20 mg and excipients: gelatin, glycerol and purified water.

Action

Protection of the body against the harmful effects of free radicals, protection of the epithelium of the skin and mucous membranes.

Dosage

Use orally. The capsule should be swallowed and washed down with water. Usually recommended doses: prophylactically adults and children over 15 years of age: 1 or 2 capsules a day.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the product, vitamin K deficiency, vitamin A overdose (so-called hypervitaminosis A), severe arterial hypertension, glaucoma or myasthenia gravis.

I have not found a product with a higher content of vitamins A and E on the market. All supplements advertised as "comprehensive" contain much less of them at, of course, much higher prices.

Vitaminum A + E (2500j.m + 200mg) from Medana AS THE ONLY MEDICINE (not a dietary supplement) and I take it as a medicine - as prescribed by my doctor, 4 capsules a day. I suppose it's effective, taking it as one of the supportive drugs. (My base medications are Plaquenil 200 mg and Metypred 4 mg).
