Indications:

Zdrowosen + is a dietary supplement intended for adults who struggle with the problem of sleep disorders - involuntary waking up, light sleep or difficulties falling asleep.

Properties:

Zdrowosen + is a dietary supplement that is a unique combination of the calming power of herbs and the properties of melatonin that facilitate falling asleep contained in a modern MRS tablet with a Modified Release System. Passion flower extract (Passiflora) has a diastolic effect and soothes tension. Melatonin shortens the time needed to fall asleep. Hop cone extract is known for its soothing effect on the nervous system, and magnesium supports its proper functioning. In addition, magnesium and vitamin B6 contained in the preparation have an effect that reduces the feeling of tiredness and weariness.

After swallowing the tablet, there is a two-stage release - passion fruit extract and 1 mg of melatonin are released first, which make us fall asleep easier and faster. In the second stage, hop cone extract and manganese extract together with vitamin B6 are slowly released. These ingredients are responsible for a strong, restful and healthy sleep. Zdrowosen + means healthy and restful sleep.

Ingredients:

Melatonin - 1 mg

Passion flower extract - 250 mg

Hops extract - 125 mg

Use:

Usually, 1 tablet is taken a day, at least one hour before bedtime.

The tablet should be washed down with a sufficient amount of water.

Important information:

Dietary supplement not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to the constituent substances of the preparation.

Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Not recommended for use after consuming alcoholic beverages.

Do not use the preparation simultaneously with immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), corticosteroids (Prednisone); with nifedipine (administered, among others, in hypertension), with sedatives and hypnotics.
