Melatonin is a synthetic analogue of a hormone that is produced in the pituitary gland and is involved in the regulation of sleep and daytime activity. It is synthesized in the dark and its maximum concentration is reached at night. Lack of sleep at night, working night shifts, the aging process, changing time zones - all this leads to a decrease in the synthesis of melatonin in the body. Melatonin contributes to the normalization of the sleep-activity cycle, has a positive effect on the quality of sleep with faster falling asleep, longer and deeper sleep with easy awakening.

Passionflower - used to relieve symptoms of mild mental stress and insomnia, reduce anxiety, irritability, and improve mood and sleep quality.

Indications

ZEST® Sleep is used as a dietary supplement to the diet to shorten the time to fall asleep and normalize the quality and rhythm of sleep.

Mode of application

ZEST® Sleep is used by adults 1 capsule after meals, before bedtime. For better adaptation when changing time zones, take 1 capsule before the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at your destination.

The course of application is 15 days. If you need to extend the course, consult your doctor. Before starting the appointment, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Precautionary measures

Do NOT exceed the recommended daily dose. Should not be used as a substitute for a nutritious diet. Simultaneous use with valerian, kava-kava (intoxicating pepper), 5-hydroxytryptophan can increase the sedative effect.
