B12 FORTE Bio-Complex is a dietary supplement containing a high portion of vitamin B12, supplemented with a composition of vitamins and minerals, including highly absorbable calcium and iron amino acid chelates. Vitamins B12, B6 and folic acid help maintain proper metabolism of homocysteine. Homocysteine is a factor determining the state of the cardiovascular system. Folic acid helps in the proper production of blood, and calcium contributes to its proper clotting. Iron helps in the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Vitamin E helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.

Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the product.
Recommended intake
1 capsule a day during or immediately after a meal or otherwise after consulting a doctor.

Calcium carbonate, calcium bisglycinate (calcium amino acid chelate Albion TRAACS), cyanocobalamin - vitamin B12, microcrystalline cellulose - bulking agent, iron bisglycinate (iron amino acid chelate Ferrochel, TRAACS), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate - vitamin E, magnesium salts of fatty acids - anti-caking agent, pyridoxine hydrochloride - vitamin B6, pteroylmonoglutamic acid - folic acid, capsule (gelatin - shell component, dye: E171).
1 capsule contains: vitamin B12 500mcg (20,000%) *, vitamin B6 3mg (214%) *, folic acid 400mcg (200%) *, vitamin E 10mg (83.3%) *, calcium (from Albion and calcium amino acid chelate calcium carbonate) 120mg (15%) *, iron (from Ferrochel's iron amino acid chelate) 7mg (50%) *.
