The Belissa Sun dietary supplement includes the Acti-Bronze formula, containing the maximum dose of beta-carotene, L-tyrosine and copper, which supports proper skin pigmentation. Beta-carotene is a precursor to vitamin A which helps maintain healthy skin. L-Tyrosine is a natural amino acid, an ingredient in the synthesis of the skin pigment. Green tea extract supports the skin's natural protection against oxidative stress caused by UV radiation, and horsetail extract improves the condition of the skin. Vitamin C helps in the production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of the skin and, together with vitamin E, helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.
