Usage:

Take 1 tablet daily after a meal with a sufficient amount of liquid. The tablet can be divided. After one month of use: ½ tablets a day are recommended.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A healthy lifestyle is recommended, including a balanced diet. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children, at temperatures up to 25oC.
