Indications:

The preparation is recommended for adolescents and adults living under nervous tension, leading an intense lifestyle, overworked, with reduced attention span or wanting to improve their mood.

Rhodiola rosea extract increases stress resistance and supports mental performance. Extracts of lemon balm and hops are traditionally used in states of emotional tension, stress and to maintain a positive mood. Natural ingredients contained in lemon balm extract have a positive effect on the central and vegetative nervous system. Through the vegetative system, they relax the intestinal musculature, which causes them to relax.

L-tryptophan is an essential (exogenous) amino acid that is a precursor to serotonin.

Magnesium, vitamins B6 and B12 have a positive effect on mental work and reduce the effects of fatigue.

Recommended daily intake:

Use 1 capsule a day, after a meal; preferably in the morning or during dinner. The best effect brings regular use for at least 2 weeks.
