Composition

Destiny

The preparation is recommended as a dietary supplement for adolescents and adults:
- in states of stress and fatigue,
- difficulty falling asleep or depressed mood,
- for muscle relaxation (e.g. at night cramps).
The preparation can be used by people with diabetes.

Usage

Use orally, preferably after a meal. Drink plenty of water. Do not use on an empty stomach.

The form of the RETARD tablet allows you to increase the absorption of magnesium and prolong its action.
Concentrated lemon balm leaf extract - obtained from 550 mg lemon balm leaves - and lavender have a relaxing effect and reduce the effects of stress.
The right dose of magnesium in the diet allows for proper concentration and reduces fatigue resulting, among others from stress.
Magnesium, calcium and vitamin D3 have a positive effect on muscle contractility (muscle work) and transmission of nerve impulses (Mg + Ca).
Vitamin B1 is used to maintain the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamins B3 and B6 support cognitive functions (e.g. pairing, remembering) and reduce nervous fatigue.

Recommended daily intake

Use 1/2 to 1 tablet daily.
When used for more than 1 month, 1/2 tablet a day is recommended.

Warnings

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to lavender.
People susceptible to magnesium laxative effects (at doses above 250 mg) should use 1/2 tablet daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
To maintain a healthy state of health, you should use a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
