Indications:

prophylaxis of complications related to the deficiency of magnesium and / or vitamin B6 and supplementing the identified deficiencies of these compounds in the body. Prophylactically in the states of chronic physical and mental fatigue, nervous hyperactivity, in situations causing stress, depression, sleep disorders, muscle pain, and in the prevention of atherosclerosis and heart attacks. Supplementary in hypomagnesaemia caused by habitual smoking and alcohol consumption; long-term use of laxatives, contraceptives and some diuretics, and osmotic diuresis in diabetics in the course of chronic hyperglycaemia. Adjunctively as an adjunct to the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias; in the treatment of atonic muscle spasms and numbness of the limbs, in states of nervous depression, as well as during convalescence after bone fractures or in the comprehensive treatment of osteoporosis.

Composition:

1 tablet contains: 48 mg of magnesium ions in the form of magnesium lactate dihydrate (Magnesiilactas) and 5 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxini hydrochloridum) and auxiliary substances: microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium stearate; methacrylic acid copolymer (Eudragit L 100-55), talc, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 6000, povidone K 25, SE2 silicone emulation, sodium hydroxide.

Action:

stimulates the body's immunity, determines the correct concentration of potassium in the cell, participates in the blood coagulation process, affects the neuromuscular excitability, is an activator of many enzymes.

Dosage:

prophylactically: adults and children from 12 years of age (adolescents): 1 time a day 2 tablets or 1 to 2 tablets 2 times a day.

Contraindications:

hypersensitivity to the ingredient / and preparation, severe renal failure, hypermagnesemia, hypervitaminosis B6, atrioventricular block, myastenia gravis, gastrointestinal malabsorption, diarrhea.
